Bob Marley
My brothers and I had the privilege of meeting Comedian Bob Marley at the Grand Theater in Ellsworth ME. A year never goes by that tickets are not bought when Bob comes around. I keep a picture of him and my brothers on my office desk at all points in time. I thought I would share it with you so here it is. It was a great time for us!

Bob-Marley And Us
Bob Marley was originally born in Portland Me. He moved to Boston early on because that is the place to be to get started in stand-up comedy on the east coast. The competition is big but not so much that you can’t make it if you are good enough.
Eventually he moved out to the Los Angeles area where he stayed for several years. From what I know at this point him, his wife and three children have returned to Maine to live. That is just where we like him. You can be a star in Maine and walk down the streets without issue.
We are happy to see you but we are not vultures, we are just a bit mentally unstable. there is a difference.
He has a weekly radio call in segment with several radio stations around the country called “The World According to Bob.” A featured comedian on XM and Sirius satellite radio systems, he continually makes new fans around the country.
He is a regular at the Aspen and Montreal comedy festivals; Bob was named one of Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch.” He has also appeared on 100 Television shows including VH-1’s “Super Secret Movie Rules”, Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” and “USO Comedy Tour”.
Most recently, Bob’s 1/2 hour Comedy Special “Comedy Central Presents Bob Marley” Many movie fans will recognize his biggest movie appearance in the movie “Boondock Saints” where he co-stars with Willem Dafoe. His comedic take on “Detective Greenly” inspires fans to come up to him and quote lines from the film.
He has several albums to his credit. He attended Southern Maine Vocational and Technical Institute in South Portland, Maine, as a law enforcement student.
There will never come a time where we will need to worry if we are going to grow tired or bored with Bob Marley. I dare say that the way he is going…the best is yet to come.
We love ya Bob, you are so wicked funny!
PS. By the way Bob, I am going to leave your website URL here for our guests to go and see where you are playing next. That way they can also see that great video of you and Jay Leno as well.
