Ask yourself a very simple question, “If I was the talent agent, what is it about me that I would want to know?”
Then write it down as professionally as you can, rewrite it one more time and send it on.
Okay, here is the list below, contact us through the contact page if you have any questions or concerns.
- A 3-5 minute video clip of your best clean humor available (nobody will watch any further)
- A business card
- A website so that you can show some type of credibility
- A headshot, even if you are extremely hideous looking which is why I hate to give out my own pictures.
- A resume with testimonies and write-ups

These guidelines are for corporate comedians/annes to have when applying to an agency for consideration, so you may want to consider them as your guidelines as well. You don’t really have to worry about the website so much right now because you are here but it may be something you consider when and if you find the time to do so.
I know it says clean humor and you may not know any clean material at this point but, if you want to make the difference between $200 per venue and $2000 per venue then you will find a way to clean and polish the act enough to bring in some real $$$. That is really up to you. Send us a way to find your You Tube video, whatever it may be, but if it is stand-up comedy routine that can be considered PG-13…even better.
I do not need a business card but the agent will. If they happen to contact us here then I will need to contact you with their info, so make sure we have all of what we need to get it done. You can check out our privacy policy if you want, but basically your information stays here in my security until you direct it to someone else, we will never share it ourselves, it is not ours to do so.
That nervousness you feel in your gut is just excitement and anticipation…it will go away very soon…lol.
